Transport

The venue is near Uście Gorlickie — roughly 5–6 hours from Warsaw by car. Most guests are Warsaw-based.

• Arrange group transport (bus from Warsaw)
• Confirm who drives themselves vs. takes the bus
• Share directions and travel info with guests

Bad Weather Plan

The event is outdoors-oriented (grill, bonfire). Need a backup plan for rain.

• Confirm indoor capacity at venue for all meals
• Identify covered outdoor areas
• Plan indoor alternatives for bonfire / evening activities

Packing

• Create packing checklist for Tom & Justyna
• Share packing suggestions with guests (dress code, outdoor shoes, etc.)

Pet Care

• Kimchi (cat): needs care while we're away (3+ days)
• Arrange cat sitter or boarding

Open decision: are we doing guest favors?

• Decide yes or no
• If yes: design and prepare small gifts for each guest
